![]() Then saith Jesus unto his disciples, "The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest." (Matthew 9:37 & 38) Can you imagine that? Another week has come and gone. How time flies. Father God never looks back on the plow and advises us to do the same. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow has yet to come and we are all living in a today. So, what is all this about, "The harvest is plenteous and the labourers are few." Just who is the Lord of the harvest? To whom are we to pray that he would send forth labourers into the harvest? If Jesus is the firstfruits, then Father God must be the Lord of the harvest. If the harvest is the purpose for Jesus' precarious death and resurrection; then people become the "soul" product. Who then are the labourers? Your heart knows the answer. Why am I so sure? Because the love of God is in your heart by the Holy Ghost that is given you. This love must be shared. The Master said, "the harvest is great!" Praise the Lord!
