I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will show forth all thy marvelous works. I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most high. (Psalm 9:1 & 2)
When I woke up this morning, I could feel the sweetness of the Lord all around me. I immediately greeted Jesus with a holy kiss and thought, with much excitement, I would soon be in the house of God! I would be with the brethren and the presence of God would certainly be great. We will all faithfully worship Jesus, encouraging one another, and be lifted to heavenly places. I could hardly contain myself as I leapt out of bed. Just think, this the world does not have. So many people today will wake up with their troubles, sick bodies and minds as they try to draw some kind of happiness from this world we live in. In the Psalm we have just read; praise, worship and testimonies are so right to be heard in the house of God. We will hear testimonies of His marvelous works. Jesus will personally visit each of us. The catalysts of all good things, which is the Holy Ghost, will promote a closer relationship with God as our father. Sounds a little bit like heaven on earth! This is why I get so excited on Sunday mornings.
